We will hear from current and former leaders on how they have challenged the non-legal barriers for women in politics and business.
Speakers include:
- Marta Kos, EU Commissioner for Enlargement
- Romina Pourmokhtari, Minister for Climate (Liberalerna, SE)
- Former MEP Anna Donáth (Momentum Mozgalom, HU)
- Diane Thibaut de Maisières, Belgium’s 40 under 40
- Katarina Wallin Bureau, General Manager, Microsoft
In her new book “Confronting the 10 Traps of Power – A survival guide for women (and men) in politics”, Katrien Van den broeck draws on her extensive experience in European and Belgian politics to provide a practical survival guide for navigating the challenges of power in political leadership. Aimed at both women and men, the book outlines the ten most common pitfalls that politicians face, such as isolation, perfectionism, and power struggles, and offers actionable advice for avoiding or overcoming them.
